4/1/09 UPDATE Due to problems with UPS & FedEx damaging orders we will not ship any products outside of the US.
Most orders are shipped in 48 hours. Perishable food products are shipped via FedEx. We always do our best to see that your order is delivered on time and in good condition, but we cannot be responsible if FedEx fails to deliver your order as scheduled due to weather or other act of God. Fried Turkeys, Hams, Turduchens and Sausage: Orders can be shipped FedEx 2nd day Mon - Wed for delivery on Wed - Fri, or Overnight Mon - Thu for delivery Tue - Fri. Saturday deliveries are available. Please use the calendar during checkout to indicate your preferred delivery date!! If no preferred delivery date is included, we will have to contact you for this information, which could delay the processing of your order. You must include the phone number of the shipping address. WE CANNOT SHIP WITHOUT IT! If you live in a warm climate it is advisable to have turkeys shipped overnight. Orders to be shipped same day must be received by 11:30AM CST. We cannot ship perishable food products outside the US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii often incur additional delivery charges. Cajun Cookware:
Our Cajun Cookware is shipped via UPS Ground. Returns will be accepted for damaged items and any damaged items will be reshipped asap. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii often incur additional delivery charges.
