Each premium ham is hand selected and of the highest quality. Glazed with a unique blend of honey, brown sugar and traditional spices. Each ham is slow smoked and fire torched to perfection. Next each ham is spiral cut around the bone for easy serving, then they are wrapped in a gold foil, perfect for holding all the moisture in when re-warming. Then they are vacuum sealed to lock in all their flavor and flash frozen for shipping. All hams are fully cooked and ready to serve and are USDA approved--which means they can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States.
